2023 NFRM Refuel Conference

For the past few years, auto racing has been in transition. While change is nothing new to the sport, recent trends have accelerated change significantly. With the arrival of the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, auto racing and the venues where it takes place were forced to make quite a few changes. And, even though it appears that the pandemic is subsiding and becoming more manageable, many of the changes are likely to become permanent modes of operation, at least for the foreseeable future. As a result, while Raceway Ministries’ goal of leading people to the fullness of Life in Christ WILL NEVER CHANGE, the methods and strategies for evangelism and serving will need to adapt to the changing context. So, the 2023 NFRM Refuel Conference will acknowledge the need for new strategies, and approaches and will provide a forum for participants to consider how do we adapt and follow all of the NEW TRENDS in MOTORSPORTS?

This year’s conference will be held In-Person at Bridgeport United Methodist Church, and Live-streamed on ZOOM/FaceBook live.

Short Track Ministry– Panel discussion dedicated to Short Track Venues

“Volunteerism & Mobilizing God’s People (churches, individuals, parachurch groups} for Raceway Ministries”

The Ideal Volunteer (Raceway Ministries Perspective)
The Ideal Volunteer Opportunity (Volunteer Perspective)
Recreating the Appeal (How are we/do we need to be marketing or “selling” our opportunity to potential volunteers)
Recreating the Marketing Approach (How do we need to connect with churches, individuals, and groups? What methods are successful, and what methods are failures?)
We will discuss these and other new developments in how we have done ministry over the years. We will have panel discussions, keynote speakers, opportunities to interface directly with new partners, and ask questions both In-Person and Live-Streamed.

There will be free time to explore “The Racing Capital of the World”
