For Over 50 Years!
In the early 1970's, several men pioneered ministry to the motorsports world, mostly at NASCAR venues -- Darlington, Daytona, Talladega -- either to the competitors or the fans. Through the 1980's and 1990's the number of teams multiplied until by the mid - 2000's almost every NASCAR venue (and a few others) had a functioning, local Raceway Ministries team sharing God's grace in Christ with fans and others all across the Untied States! Today, our mission is the same as it was in the beginning: creating opportunities to serve and share Jesus with race fans and others in motorsports!

The staff and ministry leaders of Raceway Ministries are committed to trusting God and following biblical principles as they do everything they can to seek and fulfill opportunities to share God's good news in Christ with others involved in racing and racing-related events
Dr. Roger Marsh Executive Director
Dr. Marsh currently is in his second term of leadership for Raceway Ministries (2001 - 2012, 2021 - Present). He also served as director of Raceway Ministries at Texas Motor Speedway from 1998 - 2016. Having been a life-long fan of racing, he always is excited to combine his passion for ministry with the sport.
Glenn Spoolstra Chairman of the Board of Directors
Glenn has been director of Windy City Raceway Ministries, based in Chicago, for over 15 years. As chairman of the Raceway Ministries board of directors, he provides solid business and ministry leadership. He and his wife Carol spend much of their time on the road, assisting Raceway Ministries teams and helping launch new teams all cross the United States.
Allen Huffman Director of Event Production
Allen comes to our staff from a racing career.. He's a two-time champion in the Super Truck division at Hickory Motor Speedway in North Carolina, and the 2023 champion of the Southeast Super Truck Series. Allen also is a gifted speaker, often preaching at Raceway Ministries race events, at youth rallies & conferences, men's conferences, and more. Glenn . . .
Carol Spoolstra Financial Manager & Secretary
Carol comes from a career of extensive financial management for various businesses that she and her husband, Glenn, have operated through the years. She, as well as Glenn, have a tremendous passion for outreach and serving in the world of motorsports, and Carol is an essential part of the Spoolstra traveling team, assisting Raceway Ministries teams and helping launch new teams.
